2006 Retreat Information

Allerton Conference Center, Monticello, IL
Purpose
The Allerton Presidents' Retreat is a two-day event provides all chapter presidents and the four council executive board officers with invaluable information and contacts. This retreat provides: FUN, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES. You will meet the presidents of the 90 sororities and fraternities, the Executive Board of the Black Greek Council, Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, United Greek Council, and University officials that support Greek Life.
Registration
It is an expectation of The Office of the Dean of Students/Fraternity and Sorority Affairs that you attend this exciting opportunity for chapter presidents and council officers. Register for this retreat by December 16, 2005 by 5:00 p.m. The cost for the retreat will be $100.00. This includes transportation, accommodations meals, and all materials. Please make your check out to University of Illinois/Allerton Presidents' Retreat. Please submit your payment to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, 300 Turner Student Services Building, Attention Allerton Presidents' Retreat.
Details and Agenda
Friday, January 13
Friday's attire is to wear your Illini gear and bring notebook and pen.
- 1:00 pm - Depart from Illini Union's circle drive
- 2:00 pm - Arrive at Allerton Conference Center/Check in rooms
The afternoon and evening will consist of dinner, Presidents/Council Roundtables, "Fire Side Chats with the Deans," team builders led by Proctor & Gamble, small group Session, history of Illinois' Fraternity & Sorority Community, and more snacks!
Saturday, January 14
Saturday's attire is to wear your Greek letters.
The morning and afternoon will consist of breakfast and lunch, sessions on "Greek Speak," large and small group sessions, and events announcements for Spring 2006.
