We believe that all students deserve to be a part of a vibrant social and learning environment. NSP’s programs are designed to provide timely and critical information for making the most of one’s experience at Illinois. We encourage students to take a proactive approach in participating in the activities offered by New Student Programs.

Signature NSP events include, Illinois Exposed: Freshman Orientation, Experience Illinois: Transfer Student Orientation, Taste of Nevada Street, and the U-Belong: New Student Success Series. New Student Programs also coordinates the campus wide Welcome Week celebration. Be sure to join us!
