Final Report

After your event has occurred, download and complete the Final Report below to receive the approved funding from the Student Cultural Programming Fee. Turn in the Final Report to the Office of the Dean of Student (300 Turner Student Services Building) or e-mail to scpf@uiuc.edu NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR EVENT.

Shortly after processing the paperwork, an electronic transfer of funds will be made to university accounts and checks will be mailed directly to individuals or companies.
