LINKS TO LEGAL INFORMATION SOURCES ON THE WEB

Contrary to popular belief, attorneys are not available 24 hours a day for consultation. The web, however is. So, as a further source of information for our students and the general web public (to be used whenever the "feeling" hits you to go forth and discover THE LAW), we have compiled an assortment of links to sources of information that we have found through our web travels. They are grouped according to subject matter and are linked to sites which include both government and private sources of information.

These sites contain published statutes and laws enacted at the state and federal levels of government; there are also links to sites that contain informational materials by various authors which have been written/published by private individuals-- these DO NOT have the "force and effect" of law and the information contained therein may or may not be applicable in the jurisdiction in which you reside. We have included them merely for informational purposes only. Their inclusion here does not endorse the materials contained in a particular site nor does it imply agreement with the information and/or conclusions contained in these materials. We believe that the more information an individual has the better they will be able to make a decision ( and hopefully with fewer problems).

So without further ado, just click on the topic that interests you and delve right in.
