Parking
There are various parking options near the Testing Center. If you are taking an exam between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays, please remember to add 30 minutes for check-in to the scheduled duration of your exam when paying for parking. It is not possible for examinees to leave the Testing Center to add time to meters once check-in is completed.
Please Note: The Testing Center cannot provide change for parking meters. You must remember to bring change for parking.
Street Parking
- Metered parking ($1 per hour) is available on streets near the Testing Center.
- Most meters are restricted to two hour parking and are enforced from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
University Parking Lots
- Metered parking ($1 per hour) is available in a surface parking lot directly across from the Testing Center. Meters are enforced from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- The University parking lot on Sixth Street between Daniel and Chalmers (1 ½ blocks from the Testing Center) is available to non-permit holders after 5:00 pm weekdays and on weekends.
- Spaces with blue signs are reserved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Handicapped parking restrictions apply at all times.
University Parking Garage
- Metered parking ($1 per hour) is available on the lower level of the multistory parking building located at the southwest corner of Sixth and John Streets.
- Non-permit holders may park on lower levels after 5:00 pm weekdays and on weekends.
- Spaces with blue signs are reserved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Handicapped parking restrictions apply at all times.
Municipal Parking Lot
- A surface parking lot is located one block north of the Testing Center on Sixth Street (between Green and Healey Streets).
- Parking is $1 per hour.
All Day Parking Pass
- For test-takers who will be taking longer exams, there are all day parking passes available through Campus Parking.
